Name: Keri Kinney
Educational Background: I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, Sociology and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. I received my Elementary Education Degree from Carroll University.
Teaching Experience: I taught 5th Grade for 5 years at Neeskara Elementary School in Milwaukee. Following that, I taught for 10 years+ as an Educator for the Zoological Society of Milwaukee in their Education Department, primarily with Early Childhood programming. It was here that I developed a passion for teaching young children.
Family Life: I am married to my husband Patrick and we have three amazing sons; Bennett (age 16), Mason and James (both age 12).
Hobbies: I enjoy practicing Yoga, reading and cooking. As a family, we enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, and traveling. I also love watching my sons’ sporting events; soccer, basketball, and baseball.
I feel so blessed to be teaching four-year old Kindergarten here at St. Joseph Catholic School. This is such a warm, welcoming, family-like, faith-filled community, and I am so happy to be a part of it. I absolutely love teaching young children. Their enthusiasm, energy, and excitement for learning make each day rewarding.
